The i-ASTRAL Family of Stroke Prognostic Scores is an application that calculates the estimations of three stroke prediction algorithms described below: I. ASTRAL prognostic score (without endovascular Rx) that is an integer-based score to predict functional outcome in acute ischaemic stroke, and it calculates the 3-month probability (%) of unfavourable outcome. Ref: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/22649218 II. II. ASTRAL Occlusion score (major intracranial occlusions) which is an integer-based score to predict the probability (%) of major intracranial occlusions (MIO) at < 12h in acute ischaemic stroke. Ref: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/26958750
III. ASTRAL Recanalisation Score (after IV thrombolysis) that is an integer-based score to predict the probability (%) of non-recanalisation at (12–24 h) after intravenous thrombolysis (IVT) in ischaemic strokes. Ref: http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/25589216
